W.A.L.T. use a dictionary to edit our writing.

In Room 3 we are learning to edit our own writing. We use a pink highlighter for capital letters and full-stops, a yellow highlighter for words we need help with and a green highlighter for finding our "WALTS"

use the dictionary by ourselves. 

We think it is kind of fun to find words we don't know. 

We are even learning to use a Thesaurus to look up "cool words" or synonyms for words in our writing.
